She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Middleton and Gladys Middleton (Hetzler); her husband Elton G. Kaminski; her daughter Susan Trabue; and her sisters, Thelma Sargeant and Eileen Berner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karin Neels and Tina Dammeyer (David); and her grandchildren, Heather Davis, Lindsay Andrews, Kimberly Dunham, Eric Davis and Brian Moon.
