He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Fout and Jean Fout (Rider); his sister Tami Fout; his brother-in-law Donald Stephens; and his nephew Shawn Stephens.
He is survived by: his children, Dusty Fout of Sidney, Kristin Fout of Georgia and Cody Fout of Xenia, OH; his siblings, Vicki Stephens of Sidney, Mark Korn (Vicky) of Indiana, Eric Fout (Stephenie) of Sidney, Beverly Strawsburg (Todd) of Ohio and Marilyn Hannegan (Mike) of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, DeSean Fout-Price, JaySonna Fout-Price, Zi'er Fout, Jaynee Fout and Dusty Fout Jr.; and his great grandchildren, AnnaLeiah Fout-Price and Ezekiel Fout (Marcy Schmitt).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (302 S Main Ave, Sidney, OH 45365). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
