It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Stephens of Sidney, Ohio, born in Parkers Lake, Kentucky, who passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Stephens; and her son Kevin Stephens. She is survived by: her son Clarence Stephens (Sandy) of Sidney; her daughter-in-law Mellisa Stephens of Piqua; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Roy, David, Lindsey and Clinton. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
