He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Rinker and Daisy Rinker (Rogers); and his wife Reba Adams. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Shell (Jarrett) of Sidney and Pamela Wallis (Frank) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Kyle Brammer (Autumn), Grace Shell, Will Wallis and Jamie Wallis; and his great grandchildren, Lila Brammer, Stella Brammer and Lincoln James Brammer.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio Living Dorothy Love in James honor.
