He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Mullins and Edna Mullins (Johnson); his children, James Darrell Mullins of Sidney and Angela Deeter; and his granddaughter Misty Dawn Mullins.
He is survived by: his spouse Doshia H. (Clark); and his children, Doshia J. Robbs (Gary Gennis) of Sidney, Charles D. Mullins (Dawn) of Middletown and Della D. Bell of Fresno, CA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
