He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Harruff and Marjorie Harruff (Waller). He is survived by: his son Ben Harruff; the parent of his children Kim; his godchildren, Josten Carpenter and Aubrey Byler; his siblings, David Harruff (Bessy), Linda Dougherty (Gary) and Mike Harruff; and his stepmother Marilyn Harruff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
