He is survived by: his parents, Jim Couch and Nola Couch (Osborne) of Sidney; his wife Rebecca (Nutter); his children, Sean Couch of Sidney, Jonathan Couch (Ola) of Richmond, IN, Alysha Orsborne (Neil) of Sidney, Derik Couch (Jennifer) of Sidney, Cody Nutter (Jalisa) of Sidney and Faith Couch of Sidney; and his siblings, Jeff Couch of Michigan and Deb Morey (Todd) of Piqua. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
