He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Clark and Nell Clark (Chaney); his wife Carol J. Rush; his daughter Darla Pogue; and his great grandchild Bristol Bowie.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Nation (Ron) of Sidney, Donald Clark (Olga) of Gainesville, FL, Darrell Clark (Peggi) of St. Marys, OH and Brenda Siegel (Vern) of Sidney; his sister Sarah Pequinot (Andy) of Texas; and his close friend Jean Dean of Sidney. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
