With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Deweese of Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on June 30, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul DeWeese and Zilpha DeWeese (Culp); his wife Lois DeWeese (Harry); his siblings, Lowell DeWeese and Margery Tanger; and his brothers-in-law, William Tanger, Clayton Johns, Dave Ode and Bob Metcalf.
He is survived by: his children, Steve DeWeese (Sharon) of Fort Loramie and Diane Simon (Jeff) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Adam DeWeese, Morgan DeWeese, Lucas Simon, Gabriel Simon and Emilia Simon; and his sisters-in-law, Clara DeWeese of Sidney, Charlotte Johns of Davison, MI, Emily Ode of Jackson, MI and Eva Metcalf of Jackson, MI..
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Church of the Nazarene in Herbert's memory.
