He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Laurie Brashear (Kelly) of Plano, Julie Wilson (Evan) of Plano, Doug Faulkner of Fort Lauderdale and Bryan Snyder of Piqua; and his brothers, Dick and Bill Faulkner. He is also survived by grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ohio Wesleyan Team OWU Fund, Phi Gamma Delta Education Foundation, or the Sidney First United Methodist Church Faulkner Family Music Fund.
