He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kelly and Maxine Kelly (Sergent); his wife Faye (Adkins); and his sisters, Diane Kelly and Dorothy Phelps.
He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Kelly (Setys) of Springfield and Anthony "Tony" Kelly (Sherri) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Kyle, Nathan, Lauren and Paige; and his great grandchildren, Haiden and Ava.
