It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Stanley (Sidney, Ohio), who passed away on July 30, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stanley and Nettie Stanley (Hall); her husband Paul Pell; her son Michael Welsh; and her siblings, Violet and Jerry Stanley.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Welsh (Rebecca) of Sidney, Deborah Strunk of Piqua and Dwight Welsh of Sidney; and her siblings, Danny Stanley (Dana) of McCartyville, Charles Stanley of Columbus, Lorna Milbourn (Mark) of Piqua and Cheryl Branan (Ray) of Vero Beach, FL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
