He was predeceased by: his parents, William H Brockman and Margaret Brockman (Klindworth); his former wife Sara Shaw; and his siblings, Esther Sturm, Frieda Heiland, Mary Deam, Leroy Brockman and Harold Brockman.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Case (Wolter); his children, Linda Ford of Lexington, David Brockman (Vicki) of Akron and Lisa Miller (Todd) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Michael Brockman (Stephanie), Clay Brockman, Michelle Ford and Evan Miller; his stepsons, David Case (Dorothy) and John Case (Christine); his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Haskamp (Henry), Scott Case (Katie) and Ethan Case; and his brothers, Paul Brockman of Findlay and Wayne Brockman of Sidney.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Johns Lutheran Church in Sidney or Hospice of Miami County.
