He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Lentz and Ada Lentz (Soerhoff); his wife Janet Millhouse Lentz; and his siblings, Arvilla Miller (Marvin), Harry Lentz (Elmira) and Jeannette Grewe (William).
He is survived by: his sons, Brad Lentz (Casey) of Rossburg and Brian Lentz (Erica) of Sidney; his stepchildren, Gayle Gallimore of Winchester and Martin Blair (Ashley) of Sidney; his brother Roger Lentz (Suzanne) of Anna; and his brother-in-law Tom Millhouse (Deb) of New Bremen. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
