He is survived by: his spouse Donna Webb; his children, Gary Elsass, Jr. (Ginger) of Port Jefferson, Philip Elsass, Donald Elsass, Sr., Angie Winn (Mark), Sidney Sheffield and Carolyn Sheffield (Lonnie) of Florida; and his siblings, Pat Foster (Larry), Richard Swiger (Jerri), Lisa Grogean (Kevin), Marge Place (Rick), Victor Rivera (Christina), Gabe Rivera (Michele), Lino Rivera, Brenda Hughes (James), Delores Alexander and Connie Martin, Jr. (Dennis).
