He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Noe and Avie Noe (Fitch); and his son Gregory Noe. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gibson; his children, Michael Noe of Sidney, Sharon Caudill (Randy) of Sidney and Jeffrey Noe (Kim) of Sidney; his stepchildren, Sharon Renner of Sidney, Dale Phillips (Connie) of Sidney, Beverly Cundiff (Gary) of Sidney and Pamela Phillips of Sidney; his sister Bertha Skeens (Paul) of Mansfield, OH; and his nephew Johnny Estepp. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren.
