He is survived by: his children, Leslie Wallace (Tim), Eva Puckett (Sam) and Denny Lambdin; his grandchildren, Matt, Josh, Dan Cox, Kenny, Jon Puckett, Erika Butler, Rachel Lightle, Kelley Lambdin, Whitney Swafford, MacKenzie and McKenna Murphy; and his sister Lisa Neal (Kelly) of Powell, TN. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
