He was predeceased by: his parents, James Goins and Pheba Goins (Lumpkins); and his wife Angela Goins (Waddleton). He is survived by: his children, Paul Schroeder (Sheila) of Christiansburg, Tony Mossor of Reynoldsburg, Matt Bauer (Donna) of Newark, Debbie Mossor of Reynoldsburg and Steve Mossor of Hattiesburg. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
