She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Vincent Higginbotham; her siblings, Thurman Platfoot (Ester), Arietta Platfoot, Stanley Platfoot (Hazel) and Viola "Susie" Maxwell (Ned); and her grandson Mike Tucker.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Kay Watkins (Steve) of Sidney, Carol Jean Kinninger (Steve) of Sidney and Lisa Jo Tucker (Alvie) of Clearwater, FL.; her grandchildren, Darby Watkins, Jenny Mercado (Chris Hamm), Laura Hurley (Wes), Chelsie Steinke (Lindsay Nichols), Tyler Tucker (Joslyn Gebby), Whitney Tucker and Ryan Tucker (Amy Bollman); and her great grandchildren, Kennadie Steinke, Bayleigh Steinke, Makayla Hurley, Kaleb Hurley, Mika Tucker, Jayda Tucker and Ethan Tucker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
