She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Cruikshank; and her siblings, Robert, Harold, Wayne, James, Henry Eugene, Ruth Wick, Marjorie Gertner, Nancy Shanner and Martha Jane.

She is survived by: her daughter Janice Wick (Dale) of Sidney; her grandchildren, Matthew Wick (Pam) of Botkins and Brenda Kemphues (Brian) of St. Paris; her great grandchild Makala Wick of Levi Wick; and her sibling Patricia Fugate of Sidney.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Garbry Ridge Activities in Piqua.
