He is survived by: his parents, Rick Lewis of Vernon, MI and April Bowser (Reed) of Sidney; his siblings, Wayne Bowser (Ashley) of Fairbanks, AK, Austin Parish (Katie) of San Clemente, CA, Kayleigh Widmark (Ryan) of Lockington, OH and Alana Lewis of Sidney, OH; his stepparents, Wayne Bowser of Sidney, OH and Jessica Lewis of Vernon, MI; and his grandparents, Kenneth Reed (Michele) of Defiance, OH, Cora Seger of Sidney, OH, Marcia Lewis of New Lothrop, MI and Sandra Rupert of Piqua. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
