He is survived by: his wife Susan Hoffmann; his children, Jess Arnett of Thailand, Sherry Arnett Scherack (Daniel) of Sidney, Chris Vestal (Kim) of Pleasant Hill, OH and Thomas Vestal of Sidney; his grandchildren, Aaron Arnett, Victoria Weeks, Jessica Weeks, Courtney Vestal and Alaina Vestal; and his siblings, Georgie Kendrick of Tennessee and Shirley Farrow of North Carolina.
