She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Frasure and Cassie Frasure (Frazier); her husband Richard T. Evans; her siblings, Thelma Thornsberry, Wayne, Chester, Theodore and Leatrice Joy Frasure; and her grandchildren, Angela, Joe, Tava Dulin and Matthew Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Burkett (Tom) of Sidney, Catherine Dulin (Rick) of Sidney, Richard Thomas II Evans (Gloria) of Versailles, Scott Evans (Sarah) of Piqua and Betty Jane Allen (Tim) of Piqua; her sisters, Emma Thomas of Piqua and Wanda Gaier of Piqua; and her grandchildren, Heather Smith (Chris), Ryan Burkett (Tiffany), Jason Dulin, Shawn Burkett (Hannah), Lee Burkett (Stacey), Ben Evans, Colin Evans, Matthew Allen (Sierra), Eric Sullivan (Mallory), Megan Clack (John), Molly Evans and Caitlin Evans. She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
