She was predeceased by: her parents, Naozo Hashimoto and Seki Hashimoto (Sekine). She is survived by: her spouse Yutaka Okamoto; her sons, Takashi Okamoto (Saki) and Akira Okamoto (Carly); and her grandchildren, Riku, Dean and Andrew Okamoto.
