He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Mary Williams (McArthur); his sister Nancy Harms; and his grandson Rodney Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Judy Vance (Horn); and his children, Todd Price (Cindy), Tim Price (Kay), Amanda Young (Jonathan) and Mary K Rachel (Brian). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild, along with two nieces, and one nephew.
