He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Herbert Vance and Zelma Vance (Henderson); his daughter Cynthia Denise Vance; and his sister Jewel Rice. He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Patton); his children, Deborah E. V. Luellen (Thomas J.) of Sidney and Keith A. Vance (Rhonda Davis) of Sidney; his brothers, Max E. Vance (Laura) of Tampa, FL and Eldon E. Vance of Gennessee, MI; and his grandchildren, Jessica Reiver (Sean), Eva Fogt (Joe), Mark Mullen, Erin Luellen, Jared Vance, Logan Vance, Sean Luellen (Chas), Keira Johnson (Ben) and Rachel Luellen. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Wilson Hospice Care and St. Jacob Lutheran Church.
