He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Muir and Jessie Muir (Baker); and his wife Linda L. Ladd. He is survived by: his daughters, Earla Muir of Greenville and Penny Eley (Craig) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Brittany Roesser (Gary) and Ryan Eley; his great grandchildren, Hayley and Miles; and his siblings, Forest Muir (Georgia), Mildred Becker, Donna Mallory and Jay Lynn Grant. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to CCHO - Christian Children's Home of Ohio, or to Western Ohio Christian Camp in Earl's memory.
