He was predeceased by: his father John Auld. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Auld (Wright); and his wife Chelsea (Woytowich). He is also survived by two children, and two grandchildren.

“Chelsea, we are all so sorry for your profound loss. Doug was larger than life and we all enjoyed his enthusiasm and big personality. Doug stayed with my parents and sister during Nationals every year. My daughter worked the booth for him, and we all considered him family.
