She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Anderson and Cora Anderson (Hughes); her husband Charles Thompson; her son Mark Thompson; her grandsons, Chuck Thompson and John Thompson; and her siblings, John Anderson and Ruby Fridley.
She is survived by: her children, Dolly Broerman (Charlie) of New Bremen and Shawn Thompson (Amy) of Wapakoneta; and her grandchildren, Mark Thompson, Roxanne Hepfer, Justin Thompson, Christopher Broerman, Shannon Stape (Broerman) and Tianna Thompson. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
