He was predeceased by: his father Loren; his wife Dorothy Voress; and his sisters, Dorothy Carr and Virginia Reid. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Reid (Belinda) of Sidney and James Reid (Beverly) of Florida; his granddaughters, Kimberly, Melissa and Christy; and his great grandchildren, Lauren, Elyse and Aiden. He is also survived by five nieces and one nephew.
