He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. Elsner and Agnes Elsner (Stang); and his brother Eugene Elsner. He is survived by: his wife Betty Duty; and his sister Ruth Ida Woodward of Fletcher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
