She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Heiland and Alice Heiland (Engle); her husband Edward J. Applegate; her son Donald Applegate; and her brother Norman Heiland.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Applegate (Sharon) of Sidney, Karen Roesser (Darren) of Sidney and Gail Bey (Marvin) of Anna; her grandchildren, Gabriel Roesser (Emily), Bruce Applegate and Stacy Applegate (Travis Temple); and her great grandchild Sophie Temple.
