She is survived by: her parent Gusta Myers (Buckner); her children, Jeffrey Ray Phillips (Diane) of New Knoxville, Christopher Abele (Dawn) of Oswego, IL and Steve Phillips of Knoxville, TN; her sister Barbara Joan Buell (Tom) of Riverside; her grandchildren, Bradley, Katie, Braeden, Kathryn, Kristyn, Brandon, Kristen and Sabrina; and her niece Tammy Hudson.

“I was looking at a picture today of Diane and I With her good friend Rhonda Wade while I was serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in 2010. I didn’t realize until now she had passed away and wanted to express my condolences to her friends and family. I trust we will be able to see her again thanks to our Heavenly Father’s plan. Diane was really sweet and had a great sense of humor and sure she will be missed by all until we meet her again .”
