He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ervin Davis and Betty Davis (Jones); and his son Brent Michael Davis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Davis; his stepchildren, Nichole Haynes of Sidney, Mitchell Haynes of Sidney and Ashley Haynes of Sidney; his grandchildren, Tony, Bradly and Noah; and his siblings, James Darin Davis (Renee) and Denise Renee March. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help offset final expenses.
