She is survived by: her husband Paul Burkhart; her sons, Rudy Spradlin (Camiele) and Jeremy Spradlin (Renee); her stepchildren, Lisa Burkhart and Nick Burkhart; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Layne, Emma, Mariah, Madison, Andrea and Adriana; her sisters, Diane Burchfield (David) and Rita Strunk (Billy); and her brothers-in-law, Ed Daugherty and Curt Spradlin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
