She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Stewart and Ruthanne Stewart (VanHorn); her spouse Jimmie E. Spradlin; and her siblings, Gary, Michael Stewart and Patricia Kaminski.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Spradlin (Kathy) and Janel Lieb of Sidney; and her grandchildren, Pamela Wick (Matthew), Amanda Latimer (Michael), Dwayne Jr. Horsley (Christina) and Braxton Hood. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
