He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Doll and Ruth Doll (Riegle); his sister Elaine; his brother-in-law Don Risch; his sister Marlene; his brother-in-law Dean Garber; and his sister Diane Stump.
He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Anne Smith; his children, Dana Doll of Waynesville and Darci Doll of Austin, TX; and his grandchild Lindsay Ernest of Austin, TX. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
