He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Shoemaker and Hazel Shoemaker (Ailes); and his brothers-in-law, Paul Roediger and William Weikert. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Parke; his children, Shirley Shoemaker of Frankfort, KY, Robert Shoemaker (Donna) of Troy, Rebecca Austin (Rodney) of Sidney, Darrell Shoemaker (Lori) of Sidney, Doug Shoemaker (Gwen) of Anna and David Shoemaker (Cheryl) of Sidney; and his sisters, Phyliss Roediger of Minnesota and Linda Weikert of Texas.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dale's memory, may be made to the activity fund at Fair Haven.
