It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Riggs of Sidney, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Champ Clark and Geneva Riggs (Young); and his daughter Mary Jean Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Marietta Riggs (Bauer); his children, Babette Cade (Eric) of Lytle, TX and Colleen Eidemiller (Elden) of Tipp City, OH; his grandchildren, Sydney, Grace, Charlie, Kirstin and Courtney; his great grandchildren, Conner and Kylin; and his sister Donna Palmer of Talbot, TN..
