We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2023, at the age of 85, Dale Ivan Elsner of Sidney, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elsner and Ruth Elsner (Tearnan); and his brother-in-law Ernest Hageman. He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Bergman (Robert) of Suwanee, GA, Michael Elsner (Debbie) of Chardon, OH, Christopher Elsner of Thorn Hill, TN and Jennifer Massengill (Gene) of Speedwell, TN; and his siblings, Delmar Elsner (Janice), Duane Elsner (Linda) and Mary Lou Hageman. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
