She is survived by: her husband Estel Watters; her children, Brandii Blanton (John) of Kentucky, Justin Watters of Indiana and Trisha Zartman (Travis) of Indiana; and her brothers, Ronald Taylor (Rita) of Sidney and Lawrence Taylor Jr. (Rosellen) of Sidney. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
