She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hugh and Marguerite Bertsch (Lanfersieck); her husband James M. Schiff; her brother Michael H. Bertch; her sister-in-law Sara DeMott; and her sons-in-law, Thomas Wurstner and Dale Hilliger.
She is survived by: her children, Jamie Wurstner of Sidney, Kelli Barker (Tony) of Sidney, Tim Schiff (Kelly) of Dublin, OH and Terrie Hilliger of Ft. Mill, SC; her sister Julie Blackford (John) of Sidney; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Ridder of Urbana, OH, Sandra Ramsey (Bob) of Ft. Leavenworth, KS and Vince DeMott of Tempe, AZ; her grandchildren, Todd Wurstner, Ryan Wurstner (Kara), Cory Wurstner, Beth Riley (Robert), Paige, Zachary Schiff (Morgan), Stephanie Schiff, Jimmy Schiff, Josie Schiff, Katie Page (Austin) and Chad Hilliger (Chloe); her great grandchildren, Madison Slack (Sean), Avery Wurstner, Cade Wurstner, James, Hollie, Saylor Riley, Olivia and Sophie Hilliger; and her caregiver Troy.
Memorials to honor Connie may be made to Wilson Hospice, or St. John's Lutheran Church.
