He is survived by: his parents, William L. Hughes and Linda G. Powers; his siblings, Jessica Powers Withrow of Sidney and William J. Powers of Sidney; and his nieces, Ri Hanna Ahrns, Kandice Withrow and Alana Powers. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Due to the Covid 19 Virus, social distancing will be in effect.
Memorial contributions may be made to a Go Fund Me account which the family has established to help offset funeral costs.
