He is survived by: his son Michael Scott Hughes (Lori Sue Green) of West Milton; his sister Mona Sue Fridley of Sidney; his grandchildren, Hana Marie Green, Jennah Leeann Hughes and Brandon Michael Hughes; and his great grandchild Raelynn Leeann Nagel.
