He is survived by: his children, David Webb (Cheryl Ross-Clark) of Marion and Addison Webb (Gail) of Dayton; his grandchildren, Heather Utterback (Jordan), Shannon Webb, Forest Webb (Nikistea) and Scarlett Pouncey (Tommy); and his siblings, Jerry Webb (Rachel) of Tipp City and Steve Webb (Laura) of Bellefontaine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
