He is survived by: his wife Jane Ellen (Brewer); his daughters, Krista Knouff (Tim) of Springdale, AR and Karla Knepper (Michael) of Centerville, OH; his siblings, Barbara Trowbridge of Lakeview, OH and Richard Kuhlman of Cincinnati, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Alyster, Graham and Reid.
