It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Anthony (Sidney, Ohio), born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 14, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Anthony and Mary Gladys Anthony (Thomeier). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anthony (McClain); his grandchildren, Heidi Southam (Don) of Sidney, Trisha Flannery (Ken) of Delaware, Susan Deaton (Don) of Sidney and Charles Edward Anthony Jr. (Stacy) of Wichita; his great grandchildren, Sebastyn, Erin, Emily, Bethany, Kaitlyn Christopher, Ryan, Rachel, Lauren, Megan and Zachary; and his sister Mary Cunningham of Johnstown, PA..

Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Miami Valley Chapter, 3797 Summit Glen Drive, Suite G102, Dayton, Ohio 45449 in Chuck's memory.
