It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chadwick Amburgey of Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Amburgey and Patricia Amburgey (Magoto); and his brother Phillip. He is survived by: his children, Lily and Diamond; his sisters, Annette Gordon (Andre), Nicole Godwin (Paul) and Angel Vest (Rodney); and his uncle Charlie Amburgey. He is also survived by sisters, several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Patricia Amburgey to help offset funeral expenses.
