He is survived by: his spouse Blythe (Boyer); his children, Kenneth Cutler (Victoria) of Pittsburgh, PA, Kristopher Cutler (Lindsay) of Kenton, OH and Kimberly Cox (Bryan) of Westchester, OH; his grandchildren, Kaden, Kolton Cutler, Kye Cutler, Zander, Kaylyn Cowen, Kael, Quinn and Kelsci Cox; and his siblings, Calla Poldberg (Bruce), Collins Cutler, Clinton Cutler (Kris), Carter Cutler (Kathy), Cathy Cutler (Kirby Salisbury) and Ceciley Hernandez (Daniel).
