She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Hopper and Claudia Lefler Hopper; her son Steven Bramlage; and her brother Thomas Hopper (Judy) of Cincinnati. She is survived by: her husband William H. Eberhardt; her daughters, Patricia Shrewsbury of Sidney and Melissa Beatty (Brian) of Florida; and her stepdaughters, Rosanne Miller (Jon) of Cincinnati and Cathy Peterman of Cincinnati.

Donations may be made to First Baptist Church in Carmen's honor.
